ItnaVerse is an AI-powered marketing and business platform operated by Itna Global Ltd. References to “ItnaVerse”, “we”, “us” or “our” refer to Itna Global Ltd and the ItnaVerse service, as applicable.
By creating an account, purchasing a plan or using ItnaVerse, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activities performed through your account, except where caused by a security failure for which we are legally responsible.
You must not share credentials in a way that circumvents plan, user or security limits.
ItnaVerse may provide AI-assisted graphics, video, voice, audio, text, marketing campaigns, SMS, email, client management, marketplace, analytics, billing, wallet and other business services.
Features may be added, changed, improved, limited or discontinued as the platform develops.
AI output is generated automatically and may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, unsuitable or similar to content generated for other users. ItnaVerse does not guarantee that AI-generated output will always be correct, unique or suitable for a particular business purpose.
You must review generated text, images, audio and video before publishing or using them commercially.
You retain your rights in original content that you upload to ItnaVerse, subject to applicable law and third-party rights.
You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, transform, transmit and otherwise handle your content for the purpose of providing the services you request.
You must not use ItnaVerse to:
Some features require an active subscription, AI credits, wallet balance or a combination of these.
Prices, included credits, usage limits and plan features are shown before purchase where applicable. AI services may consume credits or wallet funds based on the selected service and current pricing.
You authorize ItnaVerse and its authorized payment providers to process payments that you initiate.
Third-party payment providers may apply their own terms, processing rules, fees and verification requirements.
Where the platform's billing system provides an automatic refund for a failed generation, the applicable amount may be returned to the user's ItnaVerse wallet or credit balance.
A successful completed generation is generally considered consumed because external AI processing and infrastructure costs may already have been incurred.
Plan prices and features may change from time to time. Changes applicable to future billing periods will be reflected in the platform or otherwise communicated where required.
The ItnaVerse platform, software, interface, branding, trademarks, designs and proprietary technology are owned by or licensed to Itna Global Ltd and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of the ItnaVerse software or brand to users.
ItnaVerse may connect with AI providers, payment gateways, email services, SMS providers, social platforms, cloud infrastructure and other third-party services.
Third-party availability, processing and policies are outside our complete control. Some features may temporarily become unavailable when a provider is unavailable or changes its service.
Where ItnaVerse provides marketplace or business-to-business features, sellers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, quality and fulfillment of their products or services unless expressly stated otherwise.
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, security updates, internet outages, third-party failures and other technical events may affect availability.
We may restrict or suspend an account when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, abuse, non-payment, security risk, unlawful activity or material breach of these Terms.
Users may stop using the service at any time, subject to outstanding obligations and applicable subscription terms.
ItnaVerse is a software and AI-assisted marketing platform. It does not guarantee sales, revenue, advertising performance, customer acquisition, social-media reach or any specific business result.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Itna Global Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including loss of profits, business opportunities or data, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims arising from your unlawful use of ItnaVerse, your content or your violation of another person's rights.
We may update these Terms to reflect product, legal, security or operational changes. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
